Summary of With the photographer

With the photographer is a type of personal essay by Stephen Leacock. The subject of this essay is his experiences with the photographer who completely distorts his photo.

The studio where the writer went to get the photograph was very dull. He was asked to wait for his turn. He was called after one hour. The camera was brought in the middle of the room.

He (Stephen Leacock) was frequently asked to adjust his head and body before the camera. He came forward and twisted his face and other parts again and again. And he made bad comments on his face and figure. After a photo shoot, he was asked to come on Saturday to take his photo.

When he got his photo on the appointed day, he was shocked and surprised to look at his photo. It was a complete distortion of his appearance. His eyebrows were removed, mouth twisted and the eyes retouched.

So, the writer returned his photo to the photographer so that his friends might see and admire it. For the writer, the photo was quite worthless to be thrown into a dustbin.

Algorithm and Flowchart  What is an algorithm: The actual planning of a program involves defining its logic (the correct sequence of instructions needed to solve the corresponding problem). The term algorithm directs the logic of a program . It is a step-by-step explanation of how to solve a given problem . A sequence of instructions gives the desired results when executed in the specified sequence. To authorize as an algorithm, a sequence of instructions must possess the following features: - 1. Each instruction should be precise and clear. 2. Each instruction should be executed in a finite time. 3. No instructions should repeat infinitely. It ensures that the algorithm terminates ultimately. 4. After executing the instructions (when the algorithm terminates), the desired results are obtained. Question.
